... Matrouh is a seaside resort town and being off season all the hotels were pretty mcuh empty so we got to stay at a 5* hotel again. My bed wasn't quite as big as the one in Fayoum though. We unpacked and freshened up and even though I was exhausted we drove 10kms back into town to have dinner.
