Believe it or not, but I ate chinese food in Puerto Rico, of course, It was awful. The chicken (or pork? It wasn't clear on the menu) had a weird texture that is difficult to explain. The sauce tasted like it was heated in the microwave for 20 seconds and the vegetables tasted like they've been in the fridge for way to long (a million years according to my estimations).
