... windy and cool day, but the sun was shining so it was very enjoyable. It felt like Fall today. I haven't experienced Fall since we moved to Nevada. It's always been my favorite season. We have Fall of course, just not the same feeling, temperature or color change. It's kind of fun over here too because they decorate just like we do for the Fall season. They put out bales of hay, pumpkins and colored leaves.

have to go downstairs for that and it gets put on your room bill! They do however provide free train travel between a number of stops on the Bernina Rail, and free entry to a number of public facilities including the pool and museum.
Enjoyed a very tasty (and expensive) dinner in the hotel restaurant and retired to our cosy room.

It was suffering from poverty so they decided to compensate for its isolation in a little pocket of Italy near Switzerland by making it a tax free zone. So we wandered the streets when we arrived and looked at the high class duty free stores.
