Well from the outside of city there is a breathtaking view of the upper town but once you are in it I woudn't say the same. Still there is plenty to see wandering around the streets and lots of lovely churches to explore. But it's definitely not the best medieval town in Italy.

Abby and I left for Bergamo early on Saturday morning (4 am from our house exactly). We took a taxi to the airport. Once at the airport, we sat there for over an hour with nothing to do because apparently nothing in the Valencia airport is open that early. We hopped on a Ryanair flight and we were off. ... to impressed.
What I loved the most about Milan was the Duomo. This beautiful Gothic Cathedral left me speechless. I can't find the words to describe how beautiful and amazing this building is. It was just perfect and to know it was build such a long time ago makes it even more amazing.
I knew as I was leaving Milan, heading to Venice, I was about to have a life changing experience.

Milan, the city of the arrogant, pretentious tossa

... that have been sectioned out into Capellas (or chapels), where you get to pick which aspect from the bible you would like to say a pray to - the Virgin Mary and the Bambino, our lord jesus christ, or a selection of apostles. You guessed it though, there is am admission price and donation. Following that there is the audio guides, bookshop/giftshop or the 'donate to the restoration of your spire'. I sat in a pew for a while and ...
