Inside this fort we heard two traditional Rajasthani instruments being played by street performers; one being the most annoying instrument I have ever heard and the other being the most beautiful. Life at School
... God bank holiday, so we had Monday off (which is nice cos we have to work Saturdays!). Breakfast was tiny Indian doughnuts and I was happily tucking in when the girls told me they were all fasting to ensure that they would get good husbands! Apparently the God who’s bank holiday it was is in charge of finding ladies a nice man. So having already ruined my chances for this year, I helped myself to a few more doughnuts! Omelettes, Luxury & A Taste Of Home
... some great curry dishes. We also got some great in depth explanations as to the uses both culinary and medicinaly for all the spices that we were using. All very interesting and useful stuff. Including a potenital hangover cure that I am defiantely going to try out! Reluctant to leave our lovely room and our second home at the Omelette shop it was with heavy hearts we left Jodhpur that evening although full of anticipation of our camel trek ahead!
