We ‘landed’ ten metres off shore to be greeted by singing group on the beach. After a ‘Bula’ welcome we paddled ashore with our rucksacks (see photo). We didn't have a clue where to go or what to do but after talking to the check in we were set to visit Manatary island which was the one that someone recommended us. We got croissants and smoothies then headed on to the boat for the 3 hour journey to the island. As we approached the island the staff were singing on the beach to welcome us all as this is a tradition. We then checked in and our bags got carried ...
