... about an hour and we were choked by car exhaust fumes and dust a lot of the way. There were some cute stray dogs but nothing else to see really. When we arrived, we weren't particularly impressed. There was a main street with mainly clothes and souvenir shops along it and a small handicrafts market. We were hoping to buy some fresh fruit for breakfast but couldn't find any. We browsed a few shops and were unsurprised by the pleas to enter each one as we passed.

Just bored and eating on the plane. Wanted to watch a Harry Potter movie marathon but stupidly they only have HP 1, 3, 5 and 7 (both parts). Settled on watching HP7 part 1 and 2. The main island of Fiji (Viti Levu) has only got a few ...

This morning we checked out of our resort near Sigatoka a little later than expected. We drove for a bit until reaching our destination for the day, a local high school. Upon our arrival we were greeted by our hosts for the day, one of the 11th grade classes. We were ushered into their classroom and everyone introduced themselves. As it was break time for then we headed straight to their field and we were offered to play ...

... was on board. Unfortunately we were short of one air hostess and she was apparently in a taxi rushing to the airport. We were kept waiting for about half an hour before she arrived and we were able to take off. Interesting!

Needless to say, as always, good to be back home again and to check in with Debbie & John and see how they and their families were.
