      ... the new enclosure for the increasing number of chickens and turkeys so that they had more outside space with grass and insects to investigate! My hammering skills increased vastly during that Saturday and when the area was secure it was so good to see the birds walking about after a few sessions of having to take them for a walk, see the video.       ... the earth. The area had the feel of the Greek Isles...hot, dry but fertile and scenic with the sun's rays glistening off of the pearly blue lake water. Boaters and swimmers peppered the water and sunned themselves on the few sandy beaches I saw. Signs advertising wineries were on every block. And there were several luxury golf courses with beautiful entrances.

      Next was Penticton, still ...

      ... to eat. Our friend didnt want to stay out to long obviously cant handle to drunk Aussies! so we continued to drink and then headed to and Irish bar! With some awesome band!

      Walked back to our hostel trying to figure out where we were and meet some prettty awesome people who helped us find our way!

      ... escape the wind! We're at the Osoyoos library right now, just finished dinner, and had a realy great day today. Although it was only a 70km day, it was virtually all uphill. We had a few good climbs, incl a 4km one at 8%! But we both made it up, without stopping. If you've never been to Osoyoos before, it' waaaay down in a valley, so we quite literally climbed all day to bike down the mountain. It was steep...I didn't know if I was terrified or exhilerated by the hill! I ...
