    ... like Dunkin Donuts). They are conveniently located on every street corner and Canadians LOVE it.

    7. Friendly Canadians – yes they are annoyingly nice (except for the people working at the UPS store in Penticton, and migration officers).

    For the next few days we’ll continue to try and catch nighthawks. We are also slowly starting to gear up for the long drive to Alaska towards the end of this ...

    ... very disgusted migration officer that we were apparently of great benefit to Canada, although he did not see how it applied...but nevertheless decided to let us through. Thank goodness! I guess thermal imaging cameras and Pelican cases filled with tracking equipment and wires came across as slightly suspicious. Flambeau and Klaas on the other hand, only smiled through the car window - entrance approved on the spot!

    ... of us took over the patio as it was the purrfect weather day. The owner served us whatever we wanted to taste. Here we purchased a few bottles of unique wines.     ... roads. This changed as we got closer and closer to Tacoma. The country side around Tacoma is amazing and with Mt. Rainer as the back drop it is not suprising that there are a lot of fantastic homes where people live and commute to the city.
