Headed South into Hungary, on the back roads, the rain has stopped, the roads are good and with very little traffic I've had a fun day. Bimbled along at around 60 mph just taking in the sites. ... a sort of pub/restaurant. Deb had a hearty goulash soup and a potato pancake stuffed with ground veal in a cream sauce-yummy.

On Sunday our train left a 4:00, so after packing up, we wandered about stumbling upon the market in search of another location. What a wonderful place, full of stalls selling fruits, vegetables and some meats. Everything was so colourful. There was one table with a row of elderly women selling only mushrooms. We decide to pick some up and this lady ...

... groups, and that made and stored their own wines there. One relative who is a doctor had a supply of wines from the restaurant that he stored there, and that he graciously tapped into his supply for the wine pairings with our dinner, which was a real treat.

During the day we took trips to different locations that we had travelled to as a family when we were younger, including Lillafured, a holiday resort in the Bukk Mountains, the Hortobagy National ...
