Breakfast is usually coffee with milk- a kind of cafe latte, a fresh roll or croissant, bacon (more like our ham) orange juice, slices of cheese and many times ham, and occasionally some fresh fruit.     Leaving Plymouth on Wednesday at 7 am we started the Arc Portugal rally with another 8 boats.We had a fair wind, a pleasant force 3 and a beautiful morning. Early afternoon the wind started to drop and of course the boys put up the gennaker. Phil's cottage pie went down very well indeed. Duncan put his fishing lines in and out for the whole trip but we were rather concerned about catching any fish that could swim at 8 to 10 knots!
