... Gate Bridge. On the way we also saw some beautiful views across the harbour. The bridge was covered in fog the whole time but I think that added to the atmosphere so I'm happy enough. ... looking at him blankly Rob and myself become the china mans translators. We ask where the closest atm is. After checking with the china man by saying cash machine he gives us a nod and a reply of yes coffeeee machine. This went back and forth from a coffee machine to cash machine and know one having any clue what was going on. It turned out his coffee machine didn't work. ... of bottomless Sake, Brett and Mike chilled there for a while, I personally only had one as i planned to drive out to the Muir woods in the afternoon. The Cherry blossom festival was really cool, we spent a couple of hours looking round and then i left the guys with there sake and headed out to the Muir Woods to go see some redwoods.
Now that I'd sorted out the Golden gate tolling situation it was much less stressful, Muir Woods is like an hour and a bit outside of San ...
... half off. It was a great experience!!!
We fly out this evening so we spent the morning trying to organise the suitcases. There is so much stuff to take home!!!!!
Thank you so much to all our friends who have read this blog. I have enjoyed writing it and after 4 weeks are looking forward to getting home.
