... and the sea since leaving Poole 9 weeks ago and we have spent the last 5 days lounging on the beach which has been welcome respite from the cities, especially now the temperature is staring to rise. We hopped on a bus last Tuesday at 10am in Bangkok and by 2pm we were on a boat from the mainland set for Koh Samet. So another delicious lunch at a tiny restaurant with no name that I could see - perhaps it was there somewhere, but I could not see.

Fairly uneventful today as we get back to Pattaya and go to AKA for another good dinner and early night.

It was mind blowing, a group of 8 16-17 year old Thai lads (The Fireboys) doing amazing juggling and the like with fire (again the pictures do it more justice), after which they were introduced to the crowd by a Thai compere with a Cockney accent, which was hilarious ('This one likes western Women, pink like lobster) and then the completed ...

... I had one, but at this point I didn't think it would make a difference. He started shouting like a psycho into the phone, still way over the speed limit and overtaking cars with only a hairs breadth inbetween. I felt sick; I honestly thought he was on a suicide mission - he truly seemed like he intended to crash the car.
