I took my Phantom 2 Vision + Drone out for some flying and picture taking. Followed Interstate 41 to Florida 92, which is the south road to Marco Island. Spotted a great location to take-off and land right near the bridge. There was a Osprey nest on a high man made pole off to the side of the bridge. No birds in sight, so I flew the Phantom up to take a look. No eggs or babies in the nest, but two Ospreys came by to check out what I was ...

... a wild dolphin! I had never seen one in the wild and so close. At times it would be only 10 to 20 yards form the pier. It was after my first beach experience that I thought that I might like it here after all. After our mini safari we booked it back into town for some shopping then dinner.

... We drove into town, along Gulfshore Rd (where all of the BIG homes are - ridiculous money!) we stopped at the beach and walked out the pier. LOTS of people on the beach and lots were fishing off the pier. We saw a dolphin swimming along the pier and lots of Pelicans. ... me and Albert went to Lowdermilk Park Beach where it was extremely hot, has to be the hottest day of our holiday. The temperature was 96 degrees at 4pm, unbelievable!!!!!!! My mum and dad stayed at the villa and relaxed by the pool. We had pizza for tea from Dominoes, was very yummy.
