      ... have sold their RV and plan to return to Thailand where they will setup a home-base for their continuing 'Goodrich Odyssey”. Their 8-year journey (so far) has been chronicled at their site http://www.travelpod.com/members/goodri chodyssey.

      This diversion of catching up with old friends away from home is now over and it is time to move on to our next destination in Southeastern Florida.

      ... million dollar homes. There are also lots of gated communities with fancy dancy entrances - think mini Vegas! We had a very pleasant stroll around the shops & wondered how all the restaurants could ever make it. Well after watching sunset at the beach we drove back along 5th Avenue to marvel at all the full restaurants that were empty only 2 hours before.

      ... what we expected. We saw 2 adults and one baby. It was quite exciting. Timing is everything! Our next trail had a nice tower and we got a nice panoramic view of the preserve. We saw many kinds of birds. While we walked down the trail we kept an eye out for gators and sure enough we saw 5 in total! A nice haul for the day.
