The streets in Amsterdam was infused with the unique spicy scent of the pot. Clearly people visited the city to experience the numerous energy coffee houses that dotted in the city. It was quite an experience to be smelling pot in the city streets at 8am in the morning, and seeing stoned tourists lounging in the 'energy cafes' in the early afternoon of the day, completely lacking in energy.
