    A quick drive from Cologne and we reached Voorschoten, Netherlands where we lived for 10 years. We are staying with our old neighbours and now friends Monica and Jan who live opposite our old house.

    The last few months have been unlike any I have ever experienced before. We wrapped November up with an American Thanksgiving at one of my colleagues - she fit over 40 seats around the table and I had a chance to celebrate with a number of colleagues and new friends.
