          ... the small museum and then checked out the gift shop. This is all FREE by the way. Across the street is the US NATIONAL CEMETERY and there are several other locations on the map brochure that they give you in the center. Also there are a few picnic tables at the visitors center and restrooms.

          Eager to get out of Indy and the cold and windy winter. Got on the road by 10 or so ans just kept heading south on 65. We have a good routine of taking turns driving and then looking for rest stops for the dogs. In TN the rest stops were very nice with lots of room. We stopped at one and just soaked in the sunshine. Saw lots of other salty messy cars from MI stopped and people doing the same- thawing out- walking on dry land, starting ...
