The only other exciting thing that has happened since I've been home is that COTN wrote an article about our trip! Heather (the lady who wrote the article) interviewed me and some of my teammates. ... a trip to Disney would be complete without a trip on It's a Small World!
So, yet again, we were up early this morning - it's as bad as being at work this Disney stuff! Dana and Richard, if you're reading this don't expect us to be up to much by the time we get to you, a week here then Washington and New York means I think we'll be on our knees when we reach Brewster!!
Unfortunately Thunder Mountain was closed ...
... the Magic Kingdom as soon as possible to complete the other three lands; Frontierland, Adventure Land and Liberty Square.
First stop after our arrival back at the Magic Kingdom...the Emporium to get out MOUSE EARS! Now fashionably attired for the day we set off on the train to disembark in Frontierland. Now, for our first ride of the day...Splash Mountain! Fastpass in hand we walked eagerly to the front of the queue. Wait a minute...Zoe just realised that this ride ...
... and Matty was yelling "faster". And at Animal Kingdom Matty wanted to go on the biggest roller coaster - Expedition Everest - his first real roller coaster. So I went on it with him ( I'm the other daredevil!) and it was wild!! And a bit scary!! And Matty did so well, although at the bottom of the big drop I thought he was going to loose it, but next second he was laughing. It was a great ride. They all loved that park and then the ...
... Ponderosa first in case we wanted to eat there - Matt directed us to one much further east than our part of the I42 and we got stuck inthe Disney/rain traffic. We looked at the menu at Ponderosa and decided against it and by the time we got to Millers there was a 1 hour wait. Luckily Matt managed to find a table in the bar as the kids were beginning to flag as it was 7.30 by now.
