Yet another set of quiet days. We headed in the right direction to skip construction traffic. Also, after some looking we managed to find a spot to stop for Southern Food (family here always goes for chains, this time I wanted to actually have some so we stopped BEFORE hand). Mary's Southern Kitchen, I think was the name. Very good, and very happy we stopped, also managed to get a lunch for the next day out of it (thanks to the amount of food).
"Sweet home Alabama, big wheels keep on turnin." We decided to "mix it up" on our road trip through the states so chose a rural setting for Alabama. We stayed in Loxley in Baldwin County and our farm wasn't even on google maps!
