Am surveying others on how they attempt to stay healthy when traveling in airports and on planes? I have traveled almost every week for over 13 years and have found some ways to cope but am interested in what others have found works for them?<br><br>Thanks!

... we had an awesome time nonetheless! :)<br><br>On Thursday morning we took a way too early flight to Albuquerque via Houston, Texas. Thanks to online self check-in we secured good seats on both flights and had a chance to catch up on sleep. Upon our arrival we picked up our first car - a silver Nissan Sentra - and checked in to the Hiway House Motel. This would be the start of 4 memorable days in Albuquerque. Our motel was run by the most chilled guy in the state ...

... found a bolow it was <br>190$ but the lady said it would be 120$ we did not get it.We took a trolly ride on RT. 66. Then we went to a mountain called Petrfecs it was really steep. when we came home I went to the pool to swim.

... Unfortunately we were 3 days too late. The majority of the birds, thousands, had already taken off. There were a few still there and the sunrise was beautiful.<br>We then drove southwest to Silver City for a few days of exploring.

... the wolves at this sanctuary up close. We got timber wolf kisses and many pics. <br><br>I enjoyed the winter most because it was cold and would snow ocasionally. Albuquerque in 5000 ft above sea level with mountains called the Sandias surrounding the city. Lifestyle was different from Florida. It is the biggest small town of the southwest. We returned to Florida in August 2009 longing for home.<br><br>

... a lunch spot down the street, I had a surprise. The mechanic came in with a rag holding a six inch diameter ball of orange fibers and seed pods. He'd found it in the left air filter spot. The poor Vulcan had come all the way from home with that. No wonder he was having oil reflux problems due to breather problems... I took photos, but can't upload them (I am in a library right now - no phone service) yet for your viewing pleasure.

I get to the airport in Albuquerque at 4.30pm. my flight is at 6:30pm..I quickly hit the mens room<br>and eat 8 gelatin capsules of dried, powdered ( fine), peyote. within an hour of consumption<br>I'm through security and sitting with my laptop and the peyote kicks in."...Woah Mescalito !!!!<br>..please let me maintain and not have a major freakout here in the airport....just let me maintain and get me on the plane!!!!".....once on board it's smooth sailing...lol<br>

So we're off. We have a short flight to LAX, then a long wait until our (close to) midnight flight to Australia. In the meantime in LA we'll be having lunch with friends. I got over my cold in about three days, thankfully, and I feel great now. Better than great. Even though we have about 36 hours of travelling ahead of us (counting the long wait in LA), I'm excited. Today we homeschooled in the morning and so did they. The kids are motivated to get their school work finished fast so we can head off on our hike to the three volcanoes located just 5 minutes from our RV park. ... age, not my age. That almost never happens now, and I don&#8217;t see it happening amongst my younger peers either, except for cross-sex hook-ups. I came back and visited again a few years later and found out that she&#8217;d been killed in a car wreck, right about the time there was a song of the same name all over the radio. Life&#8217;s weird.
