... Vaughan. This entailed a large side of slaw, a big basket of hushpuppies and the rest of the tray filled with chopped pork. Very vinegary!

Apparently there are two schools of thought on how to prepare the perfect barbecue, one is the vinegar approach, the other is using ketchup. This restaurant definitely lived and died by the first as by the time we left my lips felt like shrivelled prunes.

Flew from Cincinnati to Charlotte, North Carolina. Had more than four hours to wait for flight to London, so we asked the Hoefker's to meet us. We enjoy their company very much.
