... and ate in. BBQ and corn, yummy.

Jalen didn't sleep the longest both nights but I think it is because the sun is bright in his room. We went for a short hike the next day, about a mile roundtrip and went up to Vista point which is a GREAT VIEW. Vansickle trail. Jalen did so great and I think he was motivated and excited to hike. ... comparison between the two states. It is a beautiful area and we look forward to a few days here. We spent the afternoon walking along the pier and watching the sun set across the lake which is beautiful. We love it here and have a good feeling about this place, even though it is very cold. Denny's again for dinner, it is Tuesday, kids eat free and even though it is not a gourmet meal, at $30 for 6 of us to have dinner, drinks and desert, why would we ...

... far between, and those that were available were way overpriced. So we decided to camp for the 4th night in a row, but found that equally challenging as the first several campsites we encountered had "Full" signs posted. Alas, Lady Luck found us a spot late in the day and we were actually able to settle in and then grab a nice Mexican dinner in a small town on the lake before calling it a night.
