      We wanted to get as far as we possibly could today. We're hoping to clear out of TX tomorrow.

      We hit a lot of traffic coming into Houston. Glad it was on a Saturday evening and not peak hour during the week.

      ... museum Thursdays to visit the Museum of Natural History, the Menil Collection and the Photography Museum.

      We spent a great day at NASA. I loved it, Dessa maybe not so much. I believe she needs to watch a lot more Star Trek in order to properly appreciate it. This suggestion was not well received but she did agree to re-watch Apollo 13. :-)

      ... By the time we reached New Iberia at about 5:30, it had eased off to occasional drizzle. We are at a Ramada Inn, nothing special, but comfy enough and good value through Expedia...
