I cannot believe that I will be leaving for Japan tomorrow! Everything feels like a huge dream right now. It will be strange to be in a country where the language is not even Latin based. I wish I had learned more Japanese than just basic phrases, but it is still going to be ...

    Day 1 -- Tuesday

Beautiful day Drive through Forsyth, bypass Barnesville, on to Molena Impromptu stop in Molena for lunch at The Blackbird Cafe -- surprisingly good, and a quaint interior. ... game because of the starting pitching match-up of Julio Teheran for Atlanta vs. Hyun-Jin Ryu of LA. I thought the young Korean would have a ************ big stage of a playoff game. I was correct in this assumption, however the Braves young hurler from Panama had an even harder time dealing with the big stage. The Braves got out to a quick 2-0 first inning lead, but the lead wouldn't last long ...

This morning we got up said goodbye to the Codrington's and headed out to Stone Mountain Park. We drove around the whole park and then parked at the gondola. We got a great view of the Confederate Memorial Carving. We decided to walk to the walk up path on the side of the mountain. We took the Cherokee walk through wooded area. Due to the amount of rain they have had lately it was pretty muddy in parts. We thought it wasn't far to ...
