      ... why? Were they wind break, or boundary lines? Don't know. The gently rolling hills and big blue skies reminded us a lot of Nebraska. Makes sense since it’s a neighboring state.

      ... fox hovered for a moment as the gate opened and our legs dangled over the concrete apron. Then ........... I found myself hurtling above the canyon floor thousands of feet below. Well what could a girl,do but go with the flow and let out a choked scream. As we neared the end of the run I could see the baffle which I knew was going to bring our downward descent to an abrupt end. Backward motion was daunting but I smiled and waved to the camera!

      ... to people and several of us got within 30 feet to take pictures. He then slowly walked across the street without getting himself killed.

      Tomorrow we head north through Denver to Boulder which for us is the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park. Mileage is about 100 miles so we will be able to spend some time sightseeing in Denver and see what the Mile High City has to offer before we head off to the northern Rockies.
