Most of the people at this Feast site, I did not know beforehand, but Crystal was there, whom we had met at the Women's Weekend in Greensboro. Also Teri from Greensboro. We also knew Janet Treadway a little, and the girls met a a few people from various camps over the years.

The afternoon service was short. The choir sang "God Gives His People ...

When you share a room with family members, it is difficult to get much time to write travel blogs, especially with the busy Feast schedule. But it's great that we have two whole rooms, as well as two bathrooms. We have had many Feasts where a good amount of time was spent waiting for another family member to vacate the bathroom :)

We left our house just before 9 am on the Sabbath (26th) and drove to the Knoxville UCG congregation. It was easy to find the location, a high quality conference center with various different rooms, often apparently used for weddings, etc. Mr. Stan Martin, the pastor, was already in Jekyll Island, since he coordinates the Feast there this year.

Lacy & Frances Mayes were there, and later, Barbara & Madalene arrived. They had already ...
