Panama City, Florida, United States pamericas... a spot on the sand away from the kiddies and mullets...pretty good time.

Had a dolphin swim within 15 feet of me, probably due to our perfected dolphin and mermaid calls (I had nothing on Brad and Kat´s--but it worked).

We had no idea what we were getting into.

But this seems to be the only place on earth that serves Busch Beer in bottles--worth the price of admission.

Panama City Beach, Florida, United States lexicon.... after and desired. My next goal may be to become a snowbird! Tyndall Air Force Base has several lovely beach areas and a marina. Tyndall Beach is reached after a 10 minute nature walk along a boardwalk to the beach. This beach area is relatively untouched by tourists and not used by a lot of people. It was beautiful and peaceful with the sun glistening and reflecting on the waters. Walking alone I am vigilant for alligators ...
Panama City,, Florida, United States francie... with this part of Florida even though this state was home to Jeff for nearly 5 years. Anxious to get to Panama City, we proceeded down the coastal highway through Destin, Ft Walton Beach and the like. The journey was painfully slow through the nearly endless ribbon of civilization and traffic lights. However, we were impressed with Destin and a lot of the designated wild beaches along the way. We had no idea of how ...

The only replacement is a pontoon, which isn't the best for casting. But nothing stops dedicated fishermen/women. There's enough fish for dinner! No suprise.
Panama City, Florida, United States kupdegra... how to fish. Their wedding photos show Skip & Min leaving the reception with...fishing poles. So, here we are at a resort that has a fishing pier. And after we check in...the first priority is to check out the fishing sites, after going to the Post Office to pick up his fishing gear. Of course, Skip has already downloaded all the maps.
Panama City, Florida, United States kupdegra... photos. We visited a MLK memorial park, which was sad because, with all the signs, we were expecting a grand park with miles and miles of open field. But we found a tiny little patch of land, but it was well kept, despite being surrounded by rundown homes. It was interesting nonetheless and we stopped for a few photos ...
Panama City, Florida, United States christina-elyse... storage, some that I had in the old RV, some new. We finally had most everything as we liked it, but there were still a couple of things Terry wanted checked out at the Tiffin service center in Red Bay, AL so when we finally left PJ's, we drove on up there in the NW corner of AL. While there, we also took the factory tour, which was very informative and made us happy that we had gotten a ...

We were enjoying our stay there with our friends and PJ's really good cooking, as well as, helping with the phones, so we stayed through Memorial Day. Even my little Lika got along fine with PJ's two big dogs. Speaking of Lika, I took her to local vet to get her annual shots and certificates (that we often had to show at some parks, plus we were planning to go into ...
Vernon, Florida, United States chictravelers2... it was on to the tiny town of Vernon, FL where our friend PJ has a house. PJ was supposed to be there at that time, but had a change of plans and couldn't leave Maui. Her friend, Vinny, also lives there and kept company with us. We were able to park in their big back "yard", next to their workshop garage and across from one of the two ponds on the property. Terry fished to his heart's content and caught a bunch of small stuff plus a couple of big ...
