... set up where we prepare individual pans of cheese and toppings which are placed under the grill. When the cheese is melted you scrap it off onto a precut potatoe on your plate. The Tischgrill is a hot stone ontop of the grill where we cooked the meats and some vegetables. I even tried cheese, curry powder and pears, which was surprisingly yummy. It was a lot of fun and so delicious and we ate way more that we probably should off.

... went down the slopes a bit faster and even through some deep snow. Was harder for Joel as he had to keep unstrapping the bindings and move around. The slopes were too short for him.

We played and practiced on the slopes for about an hour and half before we stopped for lunch at the café. Brigitte had to leave to do errands and we walked with Eric home. We had a go with our parenting skills a bit, but got him home and to a party at 1pm on time.

... track as it had fresh snow and wasn’t very icy the track was a bit slower. So we pulled our sleds to where it got steeper and then had a race down. Brigitte and I had slower sleds and took much longer and had to work very hard to keep up momentum. But it was good because we could admire the beautiful scenery with the mountains reflecting the moonlight and the snow on trees glowing from the floodlights.
