    ... say we were there... it's about an hour and a half from Tooele to the flats and it's a nice morning. Speed limit is 80mph, so we can make good time.. tunes on, top down and we cruise.... nice stretch of highway and easy traffic. We take the turn off to the flats which is just before a town called Wendover. The flats they race on runs parallel to the highway and yes! It is flooded.... I mean it is a lake after all.
