      Today has been a crazy day in Sydney, a terrorist gunman has taken a number of hostages in the Lindt Cafe in Martins Place, this is in the main CBD. The whole city has been a bit manic as no one is really sure exactly what is going on, the siege has lasted for 12 hours now and there is still no end in sight. It's disrupted everything in the city, I was meant to be going to see Damon Albarn at the Opera House ...

      ... track, yet it strangely had other roads signposted off and seemingly residential houses?!? We were in the middle of Wingello State Forest and it was beautiful, as we munched on cheese and crackers (for a change) we watched parrots swoop and call through the trees, there was only us and an old couple with a rather fancy tourer caravan in the clearing with us.       ... a very enjoyable chocolate cake. I forgot to take a picture but it was round and the middle was packed with gooey chocolateness. It was very tasty, not the best I have ever had, but certainly one of the better cakes I have had on my travels.
