... cream tikka, mutton curry, soups, ice creams and china grass, salads, and more..The Naans here are worth a special mention. absolutely perfect, cotton soft and simply delicious. Vegetarians will be disappointed.

... We experienced heavy fog on our drive and so even though we were very close to the windmills we could barely see them. The weather was excellent, the air unpolluted and it was nice to be away from the madness of city life. We almost didnt want to come back to Mumbai. Alas! routine life beckoned .

It has been a week since I returned and though I did get a mild allergic attack it was well worth it :).

... traditional ayurvedic therapies in the traditional part of the hospital, not quite sure what to expect from those but we'll let you know... We also pick up our Sari's that we ordered when we went shopping with Madam (the most senior doctor in the hospital, who is also about 4ft tall) last week, we've had plenty of offers from people wanting to show us how to wear them properly so I think Wednesday evening is going to be pretty busy!

It's a 10 day festival and there are loads and loads of Ganesh sculptures dotted around the place, his familiar elephant head on a man's body shape at every street corner and in every home.
