    ... for the final stretch into the chapel grounds. It was like a festival down at the chapel - with clothes stalls, and plenty of food and drink. Angelo introduced us to buko juice, which is coconut water with shredded coconut in. And also bambingka, which is a rice cake, served with either brown sugar and coconut, or salted egg and cheese.     ... stiff and it certainly wasn't power steering. The drivers are extremely skilled to negotiate around Manila. When reversing, Uncle Bobby banged the back frame like a drum to act as our reversing alarm, it was so much fun!

    We also went for a ride on the kart of a carabao, the national animal of the Philippines, used to transport goods like rice. What a beast of an animal. It was huge! Back to the school and mess about in Uncle Bobby's office. It was amazing to ...
