    In summary though this state:
    i) seems much better planned - better roads and development. Not as much evidence of abandoned projects as in other states that we visited. Many stadia and other sporting facilities are noted as we travel around.

    So Goa, humid as hell, cows rule the roads and it's a party town ish....you do have to go looking for it though.
