... castle and its church and workers cottages before leaving by the same means as we got there - on foot. Well, going down three hundred steps is a doosey by comparison. Once down to street level we found a hostelry and treated ourselves to a beer and an apple strudel and ice cream - a fitting reward I think!
By the time we got back to the hotel we were ready to put our feet up and relax awhile before setting out to find our evening meal.

... br> We continued our walk to the Kavarna Slavia Cafe where the revolutionaries used to meet. We then walked over Charles Bridge with its many statues and street stalls.
This should be short and sweet considering we really only had a day and a half. Prague was my #1 stop for this trip and I was not disappointed :D.
