    ... cilantro and secret spices to which your choice of seafood is added. Then it is delivered to your table still boiling! You make a bed of rice on your plate then spoon the delicious ingredients onto the rice. Also brought to the table is a chili oil made from Brazilian hot peppers that you spoon onto your food if you like a little heat. Our mouths are watering just writing about it!

    Next stop is Marina del Rey. Fair winds.

    ... t have a surf lesson they propose me to go in a
    restaurant for dinner. I was happy! The restaurant calls Snapper Jack’s Taco
    Shack and inside there are many surfboard and surf equipment. There are also
    three TV who presented surf’s video. It was awesome and the tacos were
    delicious.

    Monterey to Oxnard

    ... here in the west behind the mountain range it gets dark very quickly. The coastline is mostly untouched although they do have their coastal towns of course but the Monterey council has forbidden any billboard advertising along the road so as to try and maintain its natural beauty. They have heaps of what they call "vista points"....which are look outs...we pulled into a heap of them...that could be why it took us so long to get here ...
