Stalls included fresh fruit and veges, Poly tech Uni groups, sweet treats and dinner items. The dinner items is what got our attention. Several stalls had huge open fire pits organised to cook gigantic pieces of meat. We didn't actualy realise the size of the servings until we ordered our own sample for the evening. Order up 2 x rack of ribs. Wow! I think ...
