11.30hrs. Pit stop at a lovely French village. My first experience in the local primitive WC's. You have to stand up! Weird. A day at sea. It was a rough night and morning with wind and sea measured at level 7. This settled once we reached the English Channel about 4pm. A relaxing morning. We arrived in La Rochelle at 2pm. Leaving at 10pm. The Harbour was 8km from the city centre so Ron and I shared a taxi with 3 other passengers for 18 Euro. Vera went on a city tour.
