... and walked through the small cobbled side streets up to the castle to see the view across the city. We also visited Mougins, a tiny place with (like many French towns) a new and old area. The old area was very quaint and quirky and I got very disorientated walking around. There was an Italian food festival there and so we popped in to try some delicious meringues, Gorgonzola and sauces.

The apartment we are staying in, (for just the next two nights) looks to be very comfortable- very modern and larger than we are used to, with two bathrooms and a large living room/dining area.
