Headed out about 4ish to the old part of town ,up to the Bastions of St. Remy, where we took a dodgy lift way up high at the top of the cliff to get to it! Inside though the grass was green, there were large old Palm trees and Eduardo introduced himself, a young guy who owned the place. We were shown to two rooms, the one we chose was airy, modern with shutters on the outside to keep out heat, aircon, white throughout and cool and airy with lots of space! I liked it but the shower was **** and Kevin hated the pillow and hard bed.

We left our hotel at 11:00 for a short drive to the airport for our 3:40 flight to Sardinia. By the time Eldon got the car parked and checked back in it was 12:00. I was truly hoping the airport had Wi-Fi, but it didn't, so I suffered for several hours before boarding our flight. We shared a sandwich and a diet coke waiting for our flight.
