... towards Sans. Turned out the station connecting us was huge. 20 mins to go and we were still figuring out the correct line that would get us to Sans. Eventually after running around various floors of the station we found the right one. 10 mins to go with 3 more stops. One at Sans we ran to our platform to realise we were 2 mins too ...

... bang flat - must have checked them with a level; the wifi works everywhere! The view over the Mediterranean is superb - we are on the fourth terrace up and have parked the van sideways - Bona vista - most definitely! An added bonus of course for me is my Spanish is as bad as his English, but hey, he speaks German!

... pork steak, roasted chicken, creme carmel, lemon ice-cream and a full bottle of red wine...all served by a waiter from Venezuela who spoke English very well! One of our best meals...!

The drive home was lovely, with a glorious sunset painting the clouds pink...back to the farm, with donkey, pony and cattle awaiting us...a perfect day!

... We are also very close to the Costa Brava, the rugged coastline that runs up to the French border, so there are many seaside villages along the coast. The area doesn't seem as built-up and commercialized as the Costa del Sol but we can imagine that it gets very busy in the high season...right now we are the only people in many places we go!
