    It's ok but wouldn't recommend

Picked this hotel because its near my relative's home and the MRT station right next to the hotel. We have requested a non-smoking room and even though the hotel claimed all the rooms are non-smoking, the room that we've got had very strong cigarette smell especially in the tiny bathroom that has no ventilation. We complained to the front desk and was offer a different room and luckily no cigarette smell in this room. As mentioned earlier the bathroom is tiny; I am medium build and I kept hitting my elbows against the shower walls. It was a plus that this hotel has a pool but it was undercover and the water was very cold most of the time. This hotel gets really busy with tour groups so at times the foyer will be chaotic and maybe to mask BO, the foyer always had very strong air freshener smell. Wifi available for $10/day

A typical tour group hotel with small rooms, crowded foyers noise all night long with young party goers up and down the passages and room hopping all night long. Not recommended. Would not go back.

    New Year's Eve 2013

This morning we left the Golden Temple Villa. The staff here have been so nice throughout our stay and it took ages to check out because they wanted to chat to us about where we were going and then because we had stayed here for a week (most people seem to stay in Siem Reap for no more than 2 or 3 days) they presented …

Today we traveled by train from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore which was quite an experience in itself. Although I thought I had booked first class tickets it turns out that they were actually second class tickets and there were no first class tickets available. Turns out that this was not a major problem and the train was clean, except for the toilets …

... amp; Chinese sectors ( which we visited next) were built this way and have not been demolished but retained as part of Singapore's heritage. After visiting the Chinese sector with their streets all decorated with decorated lanterns and flowers, we went to the botanical gardens. Due to time constraints our guide recommended that we visit the orchid display. which has a huge range of orchids on display from around the world, many of which are named after ...

Afterwards we went yo Clarke Quey for a drink by the river and then had dinner down in the basement at another food court. We had Korean beef and chicken hot plate ...
