We wandered down to the river, sat in the park and had lunch then walked around the shops slowly making our way back to the hotel. We headed back out for a Sunday roast for dinner which was disappointing but we will survive. ... the views of waterfalls and ravines and Indiana-Jones-style bridges and banyan trees. We cross one such bridge into a towering, deathly quiet, bright green bamboo forest. It's eerie and beautiful. The only sound is the bamboo stalks gently bumping into one another in the breeze. :) the path here is a wooden boardwalk, so still easy going.
