... to see some of Oslo after our flight but by the time we got there and then dealt with the closure of their main train station for upgrading we didn't get to our hotel until midnight.

Then for the first time in the trip, the hotel messed up our reservation even though we called to say we were going to be late. They found us rooms, but not on the great side. They made up for it the next day by giving us a premium room overlooking the Opera House and harbor.

... can’t be choosers! Andrew, being the crazy man he is, went for a nice, long run, leaving me to sort out the tent etc.

When he came back, we had some yummy dinner, courtesy of the cooking facilities provided in the campsite and went to bed. Thankfully it was warmer than the previous night had been (it was nowhere near as exposed as it had been on that hill) and we ended up having quite a relaxing night’s sleep.

... is quite stiff and after borrowing a lot of clothing for warmth, we finally set out for our hike. In all, there are 10 of us hiking: Gunnulf, Stein, Julie, Tobias, Christopher, Me (packing Elias) , Christine, Hannah and Annika.
