I've been in Hong Kong for four days and it has been quite an interesting experience! First of all, I decided to check myself into a hostel at a place called Mirador Mansion (Mirador is IT when it comes to budget accommodation in HK.) Hong Kong was such a change from Beijing. For starters there was no chance of frostbite, which was always going to be a bonus. We got there late in the evening and stayed on Kowloon island. Hej-hej lyder det her fra Hong Kong, hvortil to yderst paene, unge mennesker i gaar d. 28 december om aftenen ankom med et fly direkte fra London. Flyveturen gik uden problemer, for her var alt, hvad man kunne oenske sig, masser af film, sport, tv, musik, mad, drikkelse og sidst men ikke mindst den dejlige lille goodie-bag fyldt op med sovebriller, sovesokker, taeppe og andet dejligt =) Som sagt ingen ulykker undervejs, Marcus kedede sig dog en smule, da Sofie valgte at sove stort set 10 time...

I dag tillod vi os at sove laenge, fordi vi var ude sent igaar - Spiste vietnamiske og tissede paa fortove midt i Hong Kong klokken fire om morgenen. Vi tog metroen vaek fra centrum, for at se diverse markeder rundt omkring i byen. Vi har set fugle-, blomster-, guldfiske- og toejmarked - Mere lort paa et sted finder man ikke, men alligevel meget spaendende. Det var fedt at se en kontrast det vi saa igaar, og hvor man virkelig saa det lokale. Vi er ogsaa saa smaat ved at forberede vores videre...
