Urban Hotel is a good choice and reasonably priced should you need to stay in and around the St Kilda area. Rooms are small but clean, staff are friendly and helpful and the location in St Kilda itself is excellent.

Unfortunately, it's winter here (or soon to be) and the rain was one of those awful cold rains but it was short.

I had a pint before I decided I had exhausted myself, and along with Diana and Josh, we all went back to the hotel, where I am sitting now.

It feels like I haven't done much today, but then again, I time traveled from Sunday to Tuesday, and that's got to be exhausting.

I finally decided it would be a good idea for Tasmania so went to the till to buy it. Turns out it was only $7!! SEVEN DOLLARS FOR A GILLET!!! Now who said Australia was expensive?! That's about 3.60 and about the same price as a sandwich! I was so chuffed as it was so indescribably warm. I was ...

... business. They even had a string quartet play and the story goes that some people forgot to get off and had to pay another penny because of it. The pennies mounted up in the bank and the family were able to build their own mortgage free, four storey mansion on the banks above the river, named Stratton Heights. A smaller version of the house was built a little further upstream for the servants!!

We needed a cup of tea when we got back to the landing stage and went in search of ...
