Up again early, breakfast at 8.30. We left around 10.00 and headed for the train station. ... soak in the massive indoor pool and jacuzzi, walk through the gorgeous Japanese garden, rest in the quiet hotel room all by ourselves, continue using our Japanese for one more day, and I finally get my writing time. After sobbing for ages at being stranded at the airport and not getting to go on the plane to Greece, Kaiya is now learning one of our favourite travel lessons - that sometimes you have to give up the life you plan to find the life that's waiting for you.
