    ... with only a few runs which was a bummer but we wanted to have fun anyway. As we got ready, Anthony pointed out we didn't have gloves....so now we were skiing in jeans with no gloves...we did look a bit silly!!!

    Luckily for us we were some of the better skiers...so our ability outweighed our fashion sense on the slopes and fingers and legs that were going a bit blue in the cold!! We really hoped we didn't fall over!!

    ... Kimonos on and left the room. The main onsens were outside and across a bamboo bridge. We walked down some corridors and swapped our slippers for wellington boots at the door, then entered the snowy valleyside. The views were stunningly beautiful, and even more so in the dark when we returned. It produced the sort of moment where you wished everyone you knew was with you and seeing the same thing.     ... mine leaving Tokyo around 10 P.M. and arriving at Oze Tokura around 4 A.M. in the next morning and costing around 6000 JPY. The tour was disbanded, as soon as we got off at the bus terminal.
