Hey all,
I went to uppsala which was a forty minute train ride because there was a few things I wanted to see there and where happened to be my hotel. Uppsala had actually burned down a while back and was rebuilt. It is smaller than I expected. I saw the castle there (not too spectacular) but the botanical gardens (part of the castle) was. It was beautiful.
Meeting an old friend
Had a lazy start to the day and dined on tea and biscuits for breakfast and as I was down to my last tea bag, I managed to get 3 cups out of it, result!
The late arrivals had hogged the toilet & shower but I found another one by the front door, so all was now right with the world, must have been the rice with mushrooms and peppers getting their own back..
Very excited today as I was going to meet an old friend in Uppsala ...
