    h) the Sai International (Rayagada) - this hotel is under renovation. It was very basic in its presentation but given that all that is needed is a clean room and a good bed, then it passes the test. The staff members were friendly and served good meals.

Its the border town between Andhra and Orissa where trucks are routinely stalled for days thanks to the close attention of Ramamritham.
