... think the town of Beppu will be next. Beppu is the Onsen (hot springs) hot spot of Japan. I do have to say that having internet through a pocket wi-fi device makes a big difference in foreign travel. We are able to book our hotels and get information very easily. It was such a wonderful day ,all I hoped for and more, and I won’t forget our first day in Japan… Tomoko even made the little paper cranes, and gave to everyone, and sang us a song before we completed our day…She was 56 and looked so much younger.. We decided to take today as a recovery day so we slept in a little and went for a leisurely breakfast before heading out from our hotel. We were able to walk to all of our destinations today.
