... clambered into Nigel and made our way to Strobl where we caught a bus to Salzburg. And Today has been Salzburg day. A very nice looking, clean city with some spectacular churches and buildings, and Never ending references to Mozart - well he was born there!!! We wondered through the narrow streets taking photos and just absorbing the place. It was great. The pictures won't do it justice. At the end of the day we left our mark in Salzburg by having our own ...

... Ring Road, which one can only describe as chaotic.

Eventually we found the spot located in a wood and parked the car. There was a bit of a line to get in, but we jumped on the next tour, which took us through the studios and buildings onsite. They decided to film it in ...

We then drove out to the lakes district which was absolutely beautiful and picturesque with blue waters surrounded by mountains. Out here we went to the church which was ...

So as I mentioned we picked my parents up late from the airport on the Saturday night, so they could see where we had been living all this time. Unlike Matthew's parents, my parents had never seen the area. Although they had a pretty clear idea of what it was like from reading my blog and seeing lots of pictures, there is nothing like seeing it in the flesh! My Dad had visited Bavaria before on a road trip of his own when he was younger, but my Mum has never even been ...

    School Books
Last Friday I was invited back to the school I helped out at a few weeks ago. Although this day was different. As I mentioned the school had only been open just over a year and so was brand spanking new. New teachers, new building, new everything. So today they were celebrating their success of being open for a full academic year. First of all I was put in a class for the first three lessons of the day to help out with English. As it was the last ...
