... 66.78. We spent over an hour in the pool and hot tub last night. We were the only ones there. The room is big, clean and well appointed. It is our best deal yet.

Today is a beautiful day, we have full sun. Breakfast at the motel was waffles, fresh - we made them ourselves in the lobby.

Tonight we will camp. We have already found a campground near Tulsa, OK. that we think we will like and maybe even stay a couple of nights.
Mt. Vernon, Missouri, United States ironworker025... found that they had changed the tip amount on the debit card slip from $4 to $40 dollars. This also caused 2 overdrafts to occur later (hey, it was right before payday!). Anyway, they refuse to admit their error. DON'T GO THERE! After lunch, we went to the Lincoln Presidential Museum. It was actually sorta neat. We saw two 3-D movies and many artifacts from his life and times (including a bloody pair of gloves he was wearing the night he was assassinated).
Springfield, Missouri, United States tabbles... metsäisiä peltoja, lehtipuuvoittoista sekametsää, pieniä jokia ja metsälampia. Springfield, Missouri, United States marijka... got a refund and left at 10pm. The next hotel lobby was full of clone kids. The couple in line in front of me said they'd called down twice, and the front desk had gotten three more calls in the few minutes they stood there. Must be a rude-kid convention. On to the next joint. Luckily, the third hotel was kid-free. Relief! You know, my own parents actually cared whether we respected other people and ...
Springfield, Missouri, United States marijkaI went to the budweiser headquarters, I got a tour of the whole thing! First we went to the stables to see the Clydesdales, and 2 Dalmations. Then they showed us the tanks where it was all stored, they were huge! (See the picture from my Dad's post.) Then we walked to another building where they explained the ingredients to us. It smelled horrible. We walked ...

Springfield, Missouri, United States 2olives... On the bright side, we watched the KU vs. MU football game, being played in Kansas City, and laughed at those poor guys getting snowed on while we lounged in nice, sunny weather. We commented that it was odd that the locals weren't out here with us, watching thr game and drinking beer. Maybe it's the service here? lol We left feeling dissatisfied and out of sync with Springfield.

Kelly was hoping that a friend of ours who lives about ...

Small towns are flooded with route 66 memorabilia and every merchant tries to find a way to exploit the classical brand. But why not? This is the theme here and fits very well with the surroundings.
